The Honeybee swarming season is here and swarms will be gathering in trees, on fences and even benches en route to their new home

If you see one, please don’t panic. They have no interest in you or your kids. Leave them alone and they’ll move on or call a local beekeeper to have them removed (call me if you are in Kilkenny).

If their new home is somewhere that you don’t want it, then call a beekeeper to remove them. Bees are under a lot of pressure and are crucial to our survival. Please help them if you can
